This notice explains what information Liberal Construction, LLC receives through this website, liberalco.com, and how we use it. Text messages with our staff are covered by our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
What we receive
Contact form: your name, company or agency, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
Partner registration: your company, contact name, email address, phone number if you give it, how you would like to team, your business size and, if you give them, your UEI, CAGE code, primary NAICS, small business programs, the regions you work in and the trades and experience you describe.
Text message opt-in: your name, your mobile phone number and your consent, with the time you gave it. Our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms explain how we use them.
Call us: the button shows our phone number after a check that you are a person. We do not keep a record of who pressed it.
Careers: our job listings come from BambooHR. When you apply, you do so on BambooHR's site, under BambooHR's privacy notice; your application does not pass through this website.
Visits: like any website, our hosting service, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and the details of each request to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Cookies
Our pages set no cookies of their own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from automated traffic.
The human check
The forms and the call button use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is using them. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser, and Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
How we use what you send
We use it to answer you, to consider your firm for teaming, subcontracting or supply, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Form messages reach our company mailboxes by email, and partner registrations go to our bids team. Resend, an email delivery service, carries the messages, and our email runs on Microsoft 365. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. These providers process the information only to provide their services to us, in the United States and other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
We keep messages as business correspondence for as long as our records-retention rules require.
Please do not send sensitive information
Do not send controlled unclassified information, classified information or other sensitive data through this website.
