Home / How we deliver
How we deliverOne process, every project
From a single task order to a multi-discipline design-build project, the same phases, controls and records apply. This is what working with us looks like from the contracting officer's side of the table.
On every project
- Lead
- One accountable project manager
- Quality
- Quality control plan, three-phase inspections
- Safety
- EM 385-1-1 accident prevention plan
- Schedule
- CPM baseline and three-week look-aheads
- Records
- Controlled project library and registers
How we are engaged
The contract type changes what we are responsible for. It does not change the controls behind the work.
Task orders
Task orders under multiple-award construction contracts: competed among prequalified contractors, priced quickly and delivered with the same controls every time.
Design-build
One contract for design and construction. A designer of record works under our contract and we carry the interface between design and build.
Design-bid-build
The government's design, built by us: submittals, requests for information and changes managed against the issued drawings and specifications.
Sustainment and modernization
Repair, replacement and upgrades in occupied, operating facilities, phased around the mission and the installation's access rules.
Six phases, each with its own deliverables
A phase is finished when its deliverables are complete and accepted, not when the calendar says so.
