1. Program Description

Liberal Construction, LLC offers person-to-person (1-to-1) conversational text messaging from its business phone numbers so customers, vendors, subcontractors, and partners can communicate with our staff about projects, scheduling, deliveries, quotes, and related business matters. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number to Liberal Construction staff (verbally, by email, in a contract, or on business documents), or by initiating a text conversation with one of our business numbers, you consent to receive conversational text replies from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with our staff.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan. Liberal Construction does not charge for text messages.

5. Opting Out

Text STOP to any of our numbers at any time to stop receiving messages from that number. You may receive a single confirmation message. To resume, simply text us again or provide renewed consent.

7. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.liberalco.com/privacy-policy/. Phone numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
