Built to federal standards, organized to scale
Our roots go back to 2010 and design-build work for U.S. government clients in Southwest and Central Asia, including prime contracts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. That work taught us how to build where access is controlled, supply chains are long and schedules depend on the mission.
Today our work is on U.S. installations in the Middle East and Africa: roof replacement, fire alarm upgrades, HVAC, fire protection and electrical improvements, new facilities, marine structures and the conversion of modular living units.
Every project is run by a site team led by a project manager, with a quality control manager, a site safety and health officer and a superintendent, backed by our support teams for contracts, estimating, procurement, finance and project controls. The client deals with one accountable project manager from award to closeout.
On larger projects we add specialist subcontractors and, where the project calls for it, a joint-venture partner, under the same project manager and controls. How we team
One accountable project manager
The contracting officer's single point of contact for scope, schedule, cost and changes.
Quality and safety on site, every day
A quality control manager and a site safety and health officer on every project, as the contract requires.
Support behind the site team
Contracts, estimating, procurement, finance and project controls, so the site team can build.
