Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Data Security and Retention

Messages are transmitted and stored within our Microsoft 365 environment, which is protected by industry-standard security controls including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging. We retain business communications in accordance with our records-retention obligations.
