Liberal Construction was established in 2010 to support the U.S. Military’s mission to combat terrorism and bring economic stability in the Middle East.
Providing turnkey service solutions, on average we maintain over 200 on-site employees to support our projects. With reach back to over 500 former employees, we have project managers, tradesmen, craftsmen, and general skilled personnel experienced in applying IBC standards. Our personnel have experience working on U.S. Government contracts. Their knowledge in applying Western codes and standards imbues quality at the lowest task level.
Complementing our Project Teams, we have in-house support teams allowing our on-site teams to concentrate on the work-at-hand.

By self-performing the majority of the work we do, Liberal has gained valuable experience across all our service offerings. Our experience is supplemented by key management personnel who bring depth of experience on U.S. Government projects and numerous accolades for a job well-done. They use tools to include Primavera, AutoCAD, AutoDesk, DrChecks, and the Quality Control System (QCS) streamlining management and enhancing quality.
Western standards are also integrated into our service delivery through Liberal’s member organizations:
